Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com. Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months.
