Refund from Air Asia – Rs.14,036/- : Mr. Soumavo Sarkar of Bangalore 560083, Karnataka booked 2 tickets with AirAsia for 14th June 2020, flight number – I5-1982 via website happyeasygo.com. The total ticket costing was Rs. 14,036.00. However on 30th May, 2020, the airlines cancelled the flight due to operational reasons and customer got the confirmation on registered mobile number with no confirmation about the refund. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
