Blackmail and fraud by Off-tech data entry captcha filling company

I am from Maharashtra. Sir, I was searching for a jon in quiker and I received a call from Off Tech Enterprises saying I have been selected for the job. They also collected my Aadhar number and on the same day then sent me an agreement through email. I refused to take this job and after 10 days they called me demanding one lakh rupees. Please help me.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
