Boult headphone service complaint

I send my headphone for repair in the month of june and till date I haven’t received the product. Every time when i call, you customer service they will tell that the shipment will be connect in 24 hrs. I hearing the same story for past one month and still that 24 hrs hasn’t come. And on 28 july 2020 they give me dispatch tracking after 1 month the tracking number is – 37632152876 but when i see in blue dart website for track there show the record is not found.. Now its too much. Today i talk to you customer care representative he said that till evening he will dispatch my products and give proper tracking number.. Since 28 july everyday i caller and your customer representative not give any update regarding this.. Again i hearing the same line wait for 24 hrs Past 12 days ..
