I resident of Kachiguda, Hyderabad, request your good self to kindly solve my problem, as our cable operator (Digi Cable) has stopped the services without informing us. He is charging Rs.250/- per month, we have no objection to that, but today he suddenly came and demanded an amount of RS.500/-for new set top box , as the owner has changed, now I have paid RS.1200/- just 6 months back for a set top box, which is working then why should I have to pay 500/- for new box.
Further, when I contacted the person at the cable office the person is reluctant to hear my problem and told me that if I want cable connection I need to pay 500/- .
Hope you will do the needful by solving my problem at the earliest and oblige.
