Cable operator not responding to complaints

I reside at bhandup west and my cable operator is shree sai Enterprise as we have given the call regarding that my set top box is faulty and we re unable to see the channels nd also have the current in that set top box but whenever we call the operator the always said they are sending the person to check now from last 3 days same problem is happing and same ans we are getting from our operator . we already paid the amount till oct 2017 .

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
