Non receipt of foreclosure letter from Tata capital & Financial service Ltd

We had a LAP of Rs 4000000 in the name of our company with co- borrower with loan a/c no 4xxxxxxx5 We wanted to close the above mentioned loan account and as per their process need to obtain a forclosure letter. I made a request on 16th Oct-17 for forclosure letter and subsequently visited their branch at Rajendra Place New Delhi with a written request for the same They were not willing even to accept the request letter .After persuasion they accepted the request & I made a phone call to helpline no from my mobile sitting at their branch only. I was told that I would receive the call and ref no 3095753 for request was given to me I asked them to confirm my email ID with them which was wrong and requested them to change it they asked few questions for verification and said it would be done . Again same day after some time I made a call and requested for furnishing the copy of sanction letter also and asked for updating of my emai ID .They said it is taken and would be done. Then I wrote to them on 21st Oct2017 again on 24th & 26 th Oct-2017 and almost made a call everyday most of the time they replied that request is not from registered email ID & on phone that by tomorrow you would receive a call from us. Now today i.e 28th Oct-2017 received a mail that your request is forwarded to resolution team to resolve it by 14th Nov-2017 The procedure they have made is horrible as second level I tried to approach by feeding my request no which do ot accept it and showed as failed There is no other system to approach in their customer care to contact higher authorities. We are loing almost Rs 1000 everyday as the money we wish to payback Rs 3000000 ( Thirty Lakhs approx,) lying in our account without any interest and we are paying them interest at the rare of 12% per annum
we request you take up the issue and help us and guide us how to claim damages for not providing us documents timely. Thanking you.
