We were taken cable connection from cable oprator named : INDIGLO INFOTEL, Globalcity,Virar ( West ).-401303 on 21-05-2019 against this we paid them Rs. 2000/- . The agency, cable opretor did not provided us Signal continuity & so we asked them to refund our amount of Rs. 2000/- They were agree to give Rs. 1300/- then after many times followup they told that we will not refund the amount.
So, honorable forum , kindly requested to ask them our Rs.2000/- as early as possible. So also, they have given trouble to my family for refunding the amount & not providing signal to cable TV, against it Rs. 5000/- . Total of Rs. 7000/- is to be claimed against cable opretor.
