Not getting full refund for the rescheduled flight timings

Ease My trip has refused to give me my refund for the flight tickets from Mumbai to Dubai for 5 pax where there has been a rescheduling of the flight times and it is not matching my itinerary. I have asked them to refund the amount so that I can make fresh bookings in other flight which suits my itinerary. But they along with the airlines Oman Air have clearly refused to give it and have forced to travel on the rescheduled times, otherwise forget the refund.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
