Carding mobile : Fraud Telegram channel

There is one Telegram channel name GENUINE SHOP (OKTAY CARDING) with invite link https://t.me/GenuinecardingRC.

It says that they are providing various electronics gadgets at cheapest rate with upto 90% off.

So I have decided to iphone XS with 512GB.

So I have send him link of this model from Amazon.

He has said about Rs 4000/- for this.

And He has also send his details of various  modes of paymentsthrough telegram.

So I have send him Rs 4000/- by Paytm.

After he got money he has blocked me on telegram.

I wan my money back.

I have also attached various screenshots here.

    Telegram shopping fraud carding Hub. He said laptop for 3500 asked me to send through paytym so I did. As soon as I transfers money I was blocked his no was 961-600-5607

    There is a group on telegram which is doing carding market.they r taking the amount n deleting the account after taking the money from many people….name is best carding market.i lost 3000

    Is that guy who named nxxxxh vxxxxxl (genuine carding(oktay)) . He has been send many msg like purchasing orders and payments. Is that the guy.

    There is a dealer MR Khan who sells gadgets on 90 %discount after receving money he block the chats and never reply pls help. Me to get back my money paid to him

    IAM also cheated by. mr.khan….for I phone 11 …I know his mobile number and account details….any one such cheating from him..lost my 6500
