Cash back not received on Zomato order paid through PayTm

No response from 24*7 customer care. Value: 350. I ordered on zomato via paytm wallet using a promo code as it said cashback offer. But I never received any cashback even after 5 days. I reported it to the customer care. But they don’t respond. There is no other means to contact them as well.

    I ordered 3 items costing me ?255. I used the promocode WELCOME175 and it saved me ?125 on the order and a 50rs cashback on the paytm. So i had to pay 130 rs. I recieved the order but i didnt get 50rs cashback in paytm. To my surprise one of the item which i ordered of cost ?50 was missing. I chatted to some guy in zomato app and he was sorry for the mistake but he was only willing to pay half amount.
    He knew that it was their mistake but still he paid only half the amount. It has been 15 hour since i received the order but no cashback.
