Parcel lost in transit by V-Trans

Claim against material lost in transit sent on 16.05.2018 by road. Value: 41300. We would like to bring to your kind attention that we had sent a parcel weight 35kg from ahmedabad to kolkata on 16.05.2018. The said parcel lost in transit. When we ask for claim against the goods they delayed and not take any action till the value of the said parcel is Rs.41300/-. I enclose a claim latter which is given to V-TRANS by mail.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
