His owner gave us the abuse word and kept the phone. And they talked about refunds. Today has been 15 to 20 days but till now we have not received refund. And today they are saying that we did not write to you that your advertise will come in the live. Now he has turned from his word and is telling us that you should have courage, do the case today.
They did not even give us the contract copy and the original invoice.
We did it for the first time on TV, so they did not think it right to tell us about the contract copy nor did it tell us. And right now, their company is in fault, then those people are explaining different terms.
