I resigned from current employer Gurgaon due to family reasons. I was ready to search the 15 days notice period and 15 days buyout which i was ready to be deducted from my salary. But the Company manager mishbehaves with me talk rudely when i talk to her and threaten me that do what ever you want to do i will not give your relevant documents. I was shattered with this and cried in the office which no one bothered, I send emails which even head of company is not replying, i decided not go there where there is dis-respect of girl employee. Please help me in getting my relevant documents.
