Complaint against ASSET CARE on extended warranty

I was sold a policy by ASSET CARE agent for Rs 2037 on 29/12/2017 towards TWO YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY (beyond the manufacturer warranty of one year) on the Hitachi A/C machine that I purchased. The receipt clearly shows this information.
When I receive the Policy details after several months it shows a period of ONE year of coverage. This is a clear case of fraud. They should either keep their word or refund the money immediately.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
