Purchased Bags online not delivered. I have purchased a set of bags on online site named Bagsplanet. My order ID is 5568 on 07/11/2017. i paid the full price of Rs. 2021 by my credit card. I have not received the purchased items. Inspite of several Emails, no response received from the Bagsplanet.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. I had purchased some set of Bags online from site called Bagsplanet order Id no-#5690 dated 08 Nov 17 not delivered till now. I paid the full amount sum of Rs 1860/- through my card. I have not received the said goods, inspite of several msgs, no response from the Bagsplanet site.
Requesting you pl resolve this.
