Complaint against DTDC reg false information on delivery

I had booked a courier thro’ DTDC courier and cargo from VIP Raghunathpur main Branch, Kolkata (West Bengal) for Siliguri(West Bengal) on 4th Dec 2019. I have paid an amount of Rs. 205/- as a premium service for my safe delivery of courier.

Following day I was just checking the status of my courier it was marked as Delivered in their track system but I was verified it from my receiver party then he told me that he didn’t received courier yet. DTDC marked delivered with false name in receipt.

Without delivering the courier they marked Delivered and the worst thing is that I am not getting support from their support services when I was trying to contact their customer support through email, calls and twits.

It’s really pathetic for me.

Really I am feeling sad that I didn’t sent my courier with speed post.

Sir, I want you to please look into the issue and derate and fine the DTDC for their pathetic loot premium services.
