I have Ordered Honor 9N phone on 12 Oct, It was suppose to deliver on 16 th. Status was shown in the website out for delivery. No body turned out to deliver. I called customer care on 17 th oct. they promised it will be resolved before 20 th oct then i called them, again they asked me to wait two more days saying it would be resolved before 24 th oct. Nothing happened..I called 25 th oct , i was told the order will be delivered today and gave couriers guy number 85xxxxxxxx1. When i called him he did have the order. I called again Customer care they took 45 minutes finally they said it will be resolved before 30 th. I have been tortured and harassed mentally to the peak ..I want to get compensation for the mental agony i went through..
