Last June, a person from careertorque.com called me and told they have few companies looking for my profile and they wanted me to take a paid subscription of 5k for them to process my resume with those companies. after me successfully paying the amount, they then transferred my call to their manager named Siddarth, who further told he will guarantee 2 job interview setup for every 15days until I get a job and for this they have premium service charge for 15+k and told this amount will be shared with respective company recruiting contacts and I had paid that as well. but from then I had never got a call nor they are answering my call and giving me any update, most of the time their number will be not reachable and some time they say they will pull out my profile and call me back and they never call back and the person called Siddarth now is not there in the company. recently their contact number got changed and I don’t have any contact with them. so I want to raise a complaint against them and get my money back.
