Complaint against Highswagg for poor quality

I want to complain against Highswagg. Com.i ordered Madhuri suit but they send cheap and dirty saree cheep saree. How can they do that. I have payed 755.00Rs. I have also fill the form to return and refund money but they didn’t answer. My order number is 19311.sir pls help me ..i want to return money and close their websites so they can’t cheat others

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
