Complaint against madeeasy for non-delivery

I had purchase a gate 2019 test series from madeeasy website , which totally cost me Rs 944 , online and payment made through me upi id through tez .
But i have not received the series , so i contacted madeeasy , they told me that my transaction was got cancelled and my money will be refunded refunded back in 4-5 days. But till date , i do not receive any money . I have asked bank , google tez and the institution for the same but no one is giving satisfactory answer .plzz do the required action asa soon as possible.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
