Complaint against Maxbhi for refund

Maxbhi.com not provided refund for cancelled order. Value: 318. Order was cancelled as maxbhi sent wrong product. I paide even for courier charges for fault on maxbhi side. It is well over 20 days but maxbhi has not provided refund to my bank credit card. I have sent several reminder but maxbhi is not responding to refund. Very unfair and unjust ful. Order 886743

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
