Regarding defective Asus Zenfone from Flipkart vendor

I have purchased An asus zenfone max pro m1 3gb, from Flipkart on 24 may, 2018 which was delivered on 26th may. But after using 3-4days i found that the device is not charge within the time limit given by seller, normally it should take 2.30 hourse to charge upto 100% but it take more then 8 hourse to charge. So I apply for replacement but they canceled my request then i again requested for replacement and they told me that a technician will come on 5th may . But today technician didn’t come and they are saying that my replacement policy will be end today. As pee their 10 days replacement policy they are liable to replace the product with a new one but they keep postpone the date and again canceled my replacement request. I just want that this product is replaced or repaired by the Flipkart as per their terms and conditions.
