Complaint against Myntra for refund against returned product

I have refunded product to myntra and myntra confirmed me to refund that amount with in 3-7 working days. Now 6 month passed but i didn’t recd my refund yet. It was witten by mail, over call to myntra lot of times. but two times myntra ha shared me falles referance no also against my refund.
I am not getting any responce from myntra yet. It is requested please arrange to do the needful or share me process so that i can file case against myntra. In any case i need my money back.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
