Complaint against Paytm mall for non-delivery

My order on paytm mall was undelivered but marked as delivered on paytm. When I complained about it, they did n investigation and found that it was delivered and provided me a copy of signature. It is fake one. I never received the order. Courier guy from Xpressbees faked the signature. Pls see if I can get the refund. no Order No.11480375324

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
