My ajio account has been blocked for no reasons. I am unable to login. And I have around 5000 to 6000 cash in ajio wallet. I contacted the customer support also but no one knows why this happened. Please help me resolve this issue please

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. I have ordered a product and i want to exchange the order but the app automatically logged me out and is now not allowing me to login saying that the user is disabled
My ajio account has been block for no reason for a very long period of time. I have 2300 cash in ajio wallet , and I won’t be able to use it. Pls take a look and take necessary measures as soon as possible
