Complaint against policybazaar for medical test

Medical test not happening for Term plan from policybazaar. I have bought a Term plan from Policybazaar paid payment by 1st June 2020, they scheduled my Medical test but its not conducted yet. I am looking to get it done earliest but no response from policybazaar team in this regard.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
