Few days ago I’ve applied for a job on quiker then I got a call from this company called”Rex Enterprise” which asked me to send my adhar card to them for proof that I’m 18 nd then they sended me an agreement on the stamp.
And They gave me the work which is impossible to complete within that time period nd asked that if I’ll not be able to complete it within that time period then I’m supposed to pay 5000 RS to them.
Then I stopped doing it nd today I got there msg that they’ve filed a case against me.
I don’t know what to do now

they have done same thing with me. i have completed my work in given time. they showed me that i have done many mistakes but i have my work copy there is no mistakes in my work they are showing that work which they have given to me. 1st they called and asked for 4400 penealty fine after that they threat me to give 12500 if i unable to pay 12500 then they will file a complaint against me. after that they said it will cost 2-2.5 laks if i will not pay 12500. they have sent text message to me that my case has been filed.
sir/mam please take strict action against them.
i am collage student and belong from middle class family they are threating me with some legal papers which i have not signed physically they cheated and took the sign.

I got call from rex enterprise and they give work that is very difficult to complete still i have finished the work within the time but now they are saying that you are fail in work you have to pay for that ?4500 either they will file case on me. they are telling that according to aggrement i have to pay but my aggrement is fake because my friend has also same aggrement with same registration number they are totally froud but i am request you to slove the problem.

Yes my agreement no was the same BZ 31205.
I recieved an email today with credentials for form filling but I haven’t opened or started anything, I have send a cancellation mail to helpline. Didn’t received any reply. Have to see..

They are telling me that they will file a case of 420 against me and they are asking 6700.
I don’t have the money to pay and i am a student, they easily trapped me because i was searching for a work to get some money.
They have told me to click on to a link which was already sent by them in my mail and they told me to write my name on it. I did whatever they told me and after that i came to know that i have signed an agreement paper. Now they are telling me , within 1 week a notice from court will come to my house.
The company name is Oval Solutions.
I am also cheated by them, I have cleared them my stand to his operator she said you can left if you are not able to complete the work before submission. Now they are forcing to submission the work.

As I stated my issue before, Yesterday they called me and asked me to pay 4300/- for maintainance charges and to cancel the agreement we have to pay 15000/- , otherwise legal action will be taken. I said ok . Such a fraud company. Please do something sir.

Even i have same issue with the company REX. The company asked me to sign digitally on software agreement. They gave me task which were impossible to complte in 8 days. As i couldnt complete their task they me asked me to pay 8500 Rs for not completing the work. Whn i refused the lady, a guy, he introduced himself as a advocate and started to speak with me in expletive language. And said if i dont pay the charges he will see me in court and i have to pay 52,000 . I went to police station and the officer told me that this is completely FRAUD company. They wont do anything so dont get PANIC and block the number. They wont do anything!!! Even my agreement no was BZ 31205.

There is same issue with me and agreement number all same. This is fraud company. I told him send me hard copy and court name and registered number they say there is not possible because it is confidential. There is no company REX ENTERPRISE. Mr DESAI who say me I am an advocate and I take legel action against you. I said carry on because it is totally fraud. So frnds let teach very good lesson against this company and persons.
I am also facing the same issue, I have submitted my work in 8 days, after that, they showed so many mistakes, which I haven’t done. After that, a guy named Jayesh Kumar called me and he was telling that he is an advocated and he sent me a mail that they have filed a complaint against me. and asked me to pay 7550 rs within 1 hour and if I will not pay then they will file a complaint in court. After that somehow I arranged this amount because I am a student and i am belonging from a poor family. And after that agian they are asking me pay 18500 rs. They are also sending me threatening emails and messages. PLz help me and let me know what to do now.

yes it is a fraud company and govt will do somthing about that. they manuplate students and wasre their time and money.
I took work from REX on 21st October, during initial discussion they told me that we can opt for holidays in between the work if we have some urgency, now they are threating me that i have to complete the work in 8 days and we cant provide any holidays, this is totally unacceptable, this company is totally fraud

i got cal toidy from the company to pay 125000 and am not paying them because 1st of all my agreemnet date is wrng and no such mention was given in agreement to pay 125000 can u plz suggest smthng how do i cm out of this

plz help me sir. they are continuously calling me and threating me that u have to pay 65000. plz help me for this. now their advocate called me. but 1st time when the madam called me she told i have to pay 4500 cancelation amount and now the advocate sir told that i have to pay 6500 cancelation amount. i told him that mam told the 4500rs then he start arguing with me.

Friends, kindly share your pdf file of the agreement, I am filing a legal suit against them. As my agreement number is also same. My email address is sandeshgaggan(at)gmail(dot)com, from Karnataka. They are fraud, they can’t threaten us. We have all the legal proofs against this fraud company. Kindly share the agreement details. Sir I’m also with same problem with REX Enterprises .they are calling me and threatening me as if I’m not going to pay 9500/- they are going to file a complaint against me and sending messages to me and notice to my email. Today I got Cal from one guy he himself introduced as an advocate and asked me to pay 9500rs as penality if not he will file a complaint in court again me. Please take action against this fraud company sir so many people are affected through this company do something that they shouldn’t repeat it again please sir .
