Brand Factory charging for carry bags

Asking money for carry bag. Value: 20. I have been harassed by brand factory where they asked me to pay rupees 20 for the carry bag on counting them that its consumer rights to get free carry bag they asked me raise it to who so ever I want to raise. Kindly take appropriate action

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
