Complaint against Shapessltd on Instagram for non-delivery

Fraud scam on instagram by Shapessltd

Value: Rs. 3699

I placed an order and paid the seller ‘ shapessltd’ on instagram on 25th Feb’25. After that the seller is nit responding to chats or emails. The total amount paid was Rs.3699. Also now there is no option to comment on their instagram handle like others. Kindly help. I have gone through many complaints now against the same seller. Proofs attached.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18.
