Refund not received from Shein online app and this app is currently not working in India. Value: 6000/-
We have return order to SHEIN with order number in May 2020 and after successfull return the amount got added in app wallet but app is now closed for indian user and we are not able to use app to transfer money to our account. We have contacted them number of time via call, email, facebook, twitter, etc but there is no response from them and money is not received yet. Kindly look into this and help us to get our money back.
