Complaint against Shein for refund

Refund not received from shein. Value: 1000. It’s been more than 9 days from the day i applied for a refund from shein company and till date there is no news of it.the customer care numbers are down.On the app they are presenting a picture that it has been refunded but in reality i haven’t received a penny for it..

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
