Complaint against Shein for refund

Refund not received from shein. Value: 1000. It’s been more than 9 days from the day i applied for a refund from shein company and till date there is no news of it.the customer care numbers are down.On the app they are presenting a picture that it has been refunded but in reality i haven’t …

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
