Complaint against shoeskart regarding non-delivery

I have bought a pair of shoes on 21nd Jun 2021 from Shoes kart.com (DH Brother) and the advertisement was appearing in YouTube. I have not received a single confirmation or the original consignment till date.
Please help me resolve this issue and take necessary steps to restrict such fraud companies to post advertisements in social media.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
