Complaint against shopikart shopping portal

I searched for refurbished wacthes and i found shopikart site which provides used iwatches. I have selected one on cod. Very next day i got a call from one vxxi axxxxxr who said that if i pay by using gpay i will get a discount of 3000 rs as i made a booking of 12990. I paid them 9000 and from that time they are not lifting any call as they blocked me on watsapp.

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
