Complaint against Snapdeal for short delivery and no refund

I had been ordered for 2 mens black wallet of woodland in snapdeal on 4/10/2019. I received that parcel on 12/10/2019 where I had been paid Rs 526 (2 wallet amount) as cash on delivery. After opened that parcel i found only 1 wallet which is not the color what I expected (brown color was received) and even i complained about this issue immediately to the person who delivered this product to me but he said that they are not responsible . So  I raised complaint to snap deal about this fraudulent but there is no response. I returned that product on 14/10/2019 to the snap deal service and they refund only  Rs 263 on the same day. But I did not received any remaining amount from them so far. I had been raised the complaint for several times over email they are not responding to me properly. They are sending message that they refund the amount on 14/10/2019. Yea they refund but only Rs 263 ,where I had been paid Rs 526. Hereby i am expecting a proper response for this fraudulent activity done by snap deal. Because of this issue  i had been feel stressed for more than 1 and half week  and wasted my  time  but I did not received any proper responses.
Here i am raising this complaint because I just want to clearly mention that the snap deal should not cheat any other customer like this. Snal deal product order
