Complaint against kalanjalisarees for poor quality sarees

I had ordered sarees from kalanjalisarees.in. I received the order, and it was of extreme poor quality, and the material was also not the one mentioned in the site. Seeing this, I decided to return the product back.

Now, they are not picking up any calls, neither answering my WhatsApp messages nor replying to any of my mails.

I want the products returned, and my money refunded back.
