1. On 30-9-2021 I booked STAR WAY INTERNATIONAL PACKERS AND MOVERS from Vaishali, Ghaziabad.
When the people from the company came, i did tell them that their cartons are very old, frayed and fragile. They did not pay heed to me and instead forced me to use three cartons instead of the two that was pre decided. Thereby charging me even higher.
2. I called up their executive and she ensured me that the package would reach me without it being damaged. I was guaranteed the same by Kxxxxxr Sxxxxh too. He was the one who had packed my stuff.
3. When the package arrived in Lucknow it was in a deplorable condition with the contents falling out of the cartons, the cartons broken, plates broken, some of the contents were carried by the delivery persons and I seven items.
4. On calling them there has been no response.
