Complaint against theshoppingbazar.in for non-delivery

I had placed an order from theshoppingbazar website on 28th august. The order no. Given to me was #34827 for Rs 993.0 . It was told to me that the order will be delivered by September 11. I also got a call from their end ensuring the same. It has been 4 days over since sept 11, i also tried to contact their customer support through mail, which is their only point of contact, but with no reply. It seems this website is a fraud.
Help me getting my money back.
