I received Call from Sales executive of Tripgateway named Rxxxl and he said that If I buy travel package worth 8999 I will get samsung galaxy j7 along with all the travel Package amenities that include stay in any 3 to 5 star hotel for 4 people and accompanied with dinner coupons and pick up and drop facility on this assurance I purchased four package worth Rs.35996 as they were providing samsung c9 pro on purchase of two packages but they have failed to provide me any gift dinner coupons or any pickup drop facility.
This company has hired people to convey fake information to people and later on they just get away from their promises. I request you to please intervene and get my complaint resolved or either refund my money and also some legal action should be taken against these companies so that they do not run in future and cheat with others.
