On 31st July’2021 order was placed for three Kurta Sets, worth INR 799/- each. Total 799*3=2397/- Order id – VAO002159
Received order confirmation sms with different order id VAO002160 for INR 799/-

On 6th Aug’2021, Order delivered paid via cash on delivery INR 800/- to ShawdowFax executive.
However, it was wrong product which had only single kurta not even worth 300/- on same day return request was raised on the below mentioned email id.
On 7th Aug’2021 product was returned to Shadowfax executive who confirmed that the amount will be refunded in 48 hours.
Till date no money refunded. Sent multiple emails on the below id. But no response from their end regarding refund.
