Non-Delivery of PAN Card by Velex Courier. Its the habit of Velex Courier to Sit with the PAN Cards, they dont contact people and just mark that address is in-sufficient and keeping sitting over it. Please look into the matter, they are sitting over it since the last 15 days. Ack.No.060029701122355

    My pan card is not received which was delivered by your courier service on 20 June.
    My air bill no. 23310676854
    Please provide my pan card

    The Courier/Postal offices have resumed operations for delivery of PAN cards. However there will be delay in dispatching/delivering of PAN card due the current situation. We request you to use the e-PAN provided as it is a valid document. We thank you for your co-operation.

    It is showing that PAN Card is delivered by VELEX logistics but no one came to deliver it.
    This is not acceptable. My airway bill number is 23308397293
