I had sent house hold goods to parlakhemundi, orrisa via walia packers & movers mumbai on dated 30/08/2018. The courier executive mr. Axxxt kxxxxxr wxxxxa has promised me to deliver courier within 5 working days. But unfortunately the courier has reached to my destination on dated 27/09/2018. And all the household goods are broken and damaged which is not useful. On this regards i had spoken to mr. Axxxt kxxxxr wxxxxa and show him all pictures of damage goods, but he did not reply properly, i have all evidence on this regarding. I request you to kindly suggest me how to handle the situation.
