Against some email offer Order # S801468137 was placed online for shirts and a mobile phone. Advance payment Rs 1398 dtd 10 May 2016 was done online through SBICARD . The company never send the shirts and only send a part order that is mobile . The mobile was delivered with broken seal and was found dead /defective . the matter is reported to the company on support@whaaky.com but they ask me to courier back the mobile and not even sending the full order or refunding the money . They have office in Hyderabad .Several emails have been written but no refund till date
