Complaint against Yatra for refund against cancellation

i booked ticket from yatra   for date of 10 june 2020 20 by turkish airlines  for ireland  but due to COvID flight was cancelled and i loose my amnt which i paid throug my credit card

now any time u mail them i am getting a simple copy paste message from diffrent people stating the your refund request has been raised and its on turkish airlines when they will approve it

sir in that  case if  i dont get refund   i m loosing money from two sides first i need to pay the intrest as i didnt get credit  back and second  my card is over booked for not used credit
