Credit card bill paid through Phone Pe App.

I have made credit card bill payment for icici card through phonepe on 14th august. My money got debited from my acount but still not credit in credit card acount. Both The companies phone pe and icici blaming each other. I have made paymnet of 4110rs. I am attaching screenshot of payment

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
