Complaint against zopnow for non-delivery of grocery

Dear sir /madam
I had made grocery order from zopnow and made payment of ?674 . I had made complaints several times to that service through mail and raised ticket also but no replies came yet I do want my money back , make this as my complaint on zopnow. Pls do me needful , transaction ID T2101040828028343200958

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
