Complaint regarding mobile service by Jeeves mobile protection

Jeeves complete mobile protection team did not handover my mobile or refund . Complaint registered on sep 19th 2020. Value: 17999.
For the liquid damage, I have registered a complaint on 19th Sep 2020 and my mobile got picked up in the first week of Oct 2020. Till today I do not have any update regarding my mobile . I talk to their customer care agents more than 200 times. I have sent 100+ mails. Still no update.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
