Complaint agaisnt Independent TV service

I purchased a new DTH connection of Independent TV in January 2019 through retailer. After installation continuously disturbance faced by me. Their customer service is not working, but currently day of 12th June 2019 completely not working. I try to contact customer service but not receiving my call. Please help me for refund of that. My Settop box No. is 510018359058232.THANKING YOU.

Refund from Go Ibibo / Spicejet – Rs.12,294/-: Mr. Paramjeet Ganguly of Bangalore had booked a flight ticket on Spicejet through GoIbibo which was cancelled due to covid.
