Complaint for non delivery of goods & refund from industrybuying.com

I had placed an order for manual pressure sprayers thru’ a b2b website www.industrybuying.com on 26/05/2020. I had made full advance payment of 130920/- thru’ NEFT to their HDFC Bank account provided by them on 27/05/2020. I am continuously following up with them to deliver the goods but now they are saying that the product is out of stock. They offered me an alternative product, of which, I requested them to send a sample of 100 pieces. They also sent me a fake tracking number of Delhivery for the parcel. I have tracked the package & it’s still showing that it’s waiting for pickup at warehouse. Now, I am asking for refund of my payment & now no one is responding to my innumerable calls, emails & tweets. Please help me in getting my payment back.
